Key Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support via chat, phone and email to customers and partners.
- Provide assistance with configuration, troubleshooting and best practices to customers and partners.
- Managing support service requests to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow up are done in a timely manner.
- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a relevant networking or security support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Practical experience with TCP/IP networking protocols.
- Hands-on experience with Security Products like Anti-Virus, IPS, IDS, Threat Prevention, Threat Extraction, E-mail Security, DLP, Mail Transfer Agent, Application Control, Content Filtering.
- Experience working with Linux-based systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently debug complex network environments involving diverse media and protocols.
- Review traffic captures to identify and resolve network or security-related problems.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving environments (self-learning abilities).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FW products (IE Cisco / Fortinet / CheckPoint) products.
- Working knowledge of Cloud Technologies like AWS, AZURE, GCP is added advantage.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols such as RADIUS and TACACS.
- Previous experience in a support role at an IT or cybersecurity company.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCSA, or equivalent are a plus.
