Key Responsibilities of the HR Partner

  • Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with GTM business goals and drive performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic HR support, including workforce planning, organizational development, and change management.
  • Provide expert counsel on complex employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
  • Lead performance management, talent reviews, and development programs to strengthen capability and engagement.
  • Use HR data and metrics to guide decisions, identify trends, and improve processes and programs.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Oversee HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle management.
  • Maintain regular communication with employees and leaders to address issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to design and deliver effective HR solutions and programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior leaders (VP level preferred) and partnering with sales or go-to-market teams.
  • Must be able to go into the Redwood Shores office 2-3 days a week.
  • Strong capabilities in strategic HRBP support, coaching, organizational development, and change management.
  • Deep knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
