About the Role

The Global Renewal Sales Operations & Optimization Manager will drive renewal sales leaders to implement plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. This role involves deep data analysis to uncover revenue opportunities, defining segmentation, coverage models, and conducting sales productivity analysis. You will develop key metrics to measure team effectiveness and ROI, working closely with VPs to improve organizational clarity, process, customer focus, and channel effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive renewal sales leaders in plan and strategy implementation to achieve company sales goals.
  • Conduct market segmentation and data analytics to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Define renewal sales segmentation, create coverage models, and analyze sales productivity.
  • Develop metrics to measure renewal sales team effectiveness and ROI of new sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Renewal Sales VP on data-driven improvements in organization, processes, customer focus, and channel effectiveness.
  • Work with Business Analysis and Sales Ops to leverage KPIs for business growth.
  • Partner with HR and Enablement to define and coordinate sales training programs.
  • Create communication cadence for the sales organization, including all-hands calls and sales kickoff content.
  • Compile presentations for Board and executive staff meetings representing sales teams.
  • Support Renewal & Field Sales VPs in scheduling and running sales reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing on sales, channel, and partner program support.

Desired Background

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy/consulting, or operations.
  • Proven ability to drive sales force towards desired behaviors and results.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving decisions.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, BI tools, and large datasets.
  • Strong leadership record and ability to work effectively in globally distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop analytical frameworks for complex business issues.
  • Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility.
