Job Title: Knowledge Content Creator & AI Quality Assurance

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Work Style: On-site, Remote

Job Summary

This role combines creating and updating internal help center documentation with evaluating the outputs of an AI support bot. The goal is to ensure employees receive accurate and timely technology support by improving both documentation quality and AI performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update knowledge articles (how-to guides, troubleshooting, product information).
  • Perform ongoing maintenance of the Knowledge Platform.
  • Test and evaluate AI support bot outputs for accuracy and relevance.
  • Trace inaccurate AI responses to documentation sources and fix them.
  • Collaborate with AI bot development team on functionality and documentation support.
  • Identify and close content gaps.
  • Optimize articles for retrieval by LLM-based tools and AI assistants.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts.
  • Track and document QA findings.
  • Adhere to style guides (internal, AP Style, Merriam-Webster).
  • Assist employees with straightforward questions when documentation is insufficient.

Skills And Experience

  • Demonstrable experience writing technical documentation.
  • Ability to investigate and trace inaccurate AI responses.
  • Understanding of documentation structure and plain language for human and AI systems.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills.
  • Experience with a CMS platform (Contentful knowledge advantageous).
  • Experience with ticketing and project management platforms (Jira preferred).
  • Strong command of writing style guidelines.
  • Working familiarity with IT concepts and technical troubleshooting.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Background or curiosity in AI systems, chatbots, LLMs, prompt evaluation, or content QA.
  • Experience writing documentation for chatbots or LLM-based tools.
  • Experience in an enterprise IT or help desk environment.
  • Familiarity with data analytics or reporting tools (Tableau preferred).

Pay Rate Range

$60-75/hr.
