Sales Solutions Architect
Syllo is seeking a high-energy, technically-minded Sales Solutions Architect to join their growth team. This role involves being the technical face of Syllo, partnering with the Sales team to engage sophisticated law firms and Fortune 500 legal departments.
About the Role
You will act as a strategic consultant, understanding litigation nuances and demonstrating how Syllo's AI workspace solves specific pain points. Key responsibilities include delivering high-impact demos and Proofs of Concepts (POCs), conducting technical discovery, acting as a voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, communicating the product roadmap, and staying informed about the Legal AI landscape. You will also lead technical conversations with IT and Security departments, and create technical proposals and Statements of Work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or technical customer-facing role within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Exceptional presentation skills for complex AI concepts.
- Familiarity with LLM fundamentals (RAG, prompt engineering) and experience with API integrations and cloud security protocols.
- Experience selling into or working within the legal industry (preferred).
- Strong abilities in technical storytelling, proactivity, autonomy, collaboration, and asynchronous communication.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $170,000 OTE (Base + Commission), plus equity.
