About the Role at Quantum Metric
Quantum Metric is actively seeking a strategic, narrative-driven Content Strategy Lead. This pivotal role will define the company's market presence and establish authority in both human and AI-driven discovery, contributing significantly to how Quantum Metric engages with its audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overarching content strategy to define Quantum Metric’s category position.
- Establish and maintain a single, coherent narrative across all content initiatives.
- Define and build the critical pillar content roadmap.
- Lead and achieve outcomes for AEO, SEO, and GEO content strategies.
- Translate broad campaign strategies into specific content directions.
Requirements for a Content Strategy Lead
- 6+ years of extensive experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or category marketing, with a preference for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology backgrounds.
- Demonstrated strong capability in defining narrative direction and personally crafting or editing high-impact content.
- Possess clear judgment regarding content authority and confidence in making prioritization tradeoffs.
- Proven experience in transforming a single powerful idea into a scalable and repeatable content system across various campaigns and stages of the buyer journey.
- Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery principles, including structured answers, topical authority, and optimizing for AI engines.
- Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration and directing agency work, thriving in environments without heavy process or micromanagement.
- Experience in establishing comprehensive editorial standards and efficient review processes at scale.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this Content Strategy Lead role ranges from $135,000 to $160,000, and is bonus eligible. Quantum Metric provides a robust benefits package including:
