Position Overview
The Supply Chain Finance Hub – Sr. Associate at Chase is pivotal in transforming visions into market-ready products in Trade and Working Capital. This role focuses on boosting revenue in Supply Chain Finance and Core Trade Finance by ensuring efficient customer onboarding and robust process controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Program Managers and Sales to identify new SCF opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end enrollment and supplier lifecycle controls within SCF systems.
- Implement effective controls including entity validation, Sanctions, RegW, Negative Media, and Lien Governance.
- Raise blockers and escalate issues to Product, Legal, and Program teams.
- Automate and streamline core SCF processes; participate in tech releases and UAT testing.
- Maintain periodic KPI reporting and track SLA adherence.
- Support change management activities across functional partners while ensuring adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Core Trade, or related financial services.
- Strong analytical and logical mindset with process improvement skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Availability to work shifts from 10 am to 9 pm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-starter attitude with creativity and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, and ClickView.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving acumen.
- Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams.
