Overview
As a Software Engineer III at JPMorganChase within the CCB, you serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products that meet critical business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces with React JS and TypeScript.
- Create wireframes, UI mockups, and write test cases for UI components.
- Collaborate with external partners, product teams, and stakeholders to gather UI requirements.
- Engage in code reviews and pair programming to ensure coding standards.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts to meet design constraints.
- Synthesize and develop visualizations and reporting from large datasets.
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience with TypeScript and React JS.
- More than 1 year of API development experience using Python.
- Formal training and 3+ years of practical software engineering experience.
- Experience in agile methodologies including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.
- Proficient with RESTful API development and tools like Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies, unit testing with Jest, and integration tests with Cypress.
- Exposure to cloud technologies and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, etc.).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform for API deployment optimization.
