About the Role
Join us to design and build innovative cloud solutions at Chase. As a Software Engineer II Azure Cloud, you will be part of an agile team dedicated to enhancing, building, and delivering trusted technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative software solutions.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and review peers' code.
- Automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
- Evaluate architectural designs by collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
- Participate in communities of practice to drive technological awareness.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must have formal training or certification in software engineering with at least 2 years applied experience. Must be proficient in programming languages (Python or Java) and have experience designing public cloud platform services using Azure components such as IAM, Networking, Logging, Compute, and Storage. Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) and version control systems (Git) is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
- Azure Certified Solutions Architect or Administrator
- Expert level Azure experience
- Familiarity with AWS and GCP
