Overview

Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world’s most innovative financial organizations. As a Senior Associate, Product Manager in the Deposit Services and Fees Insights team, you will contribute by creating innovative products and continuously improving existing offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities driven by user research.
  • Plan for both upstream and downstream implications of new product features.
  • Collect user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform strategy.
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics against time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
  • Lead development and delivery of recurring analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Present analytics findings to senior leaders using data visualization and storytelling techniques.
  • Own ad-hoc analyses to evaluate the implications of potential product or fee modifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
  • Proficient in the product development life cycle with discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and strong data literacy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field.
  • Mastery in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to query large datasets and solve complex problems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAS, Python, Tableau, Teradata, or Alteryx.
  • Background in financial services or a similar industry.
