About the Role
The Card & Connected Commerce QA Analyst is a key first line of defense (FLOD) role focused on ensuring high-quality standards for marketing creative copy materials. Your testing supports Card and Connected Commerce business areas by contributing reliable, consistent, and clear testing results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and timely testing of marketing creative copy materials.
- Support business partners by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Use analytical skills to perform thorough quality reviews and risk assessments.
- Collaborate across multiple business levels and areas.
- Utilize established procedures and training resources to resolve issues.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in QA/QC, Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar fields.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or CRCM preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
