Regional HR Generalist New England
Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is seeking an experienced Regional HR Generalist for the New England region. This role supports strategic, tactical, and administrative HR objectives while partnering with leadership to drive effective, fair, and innovative HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert HR guidance and manage on-site investigations.
- Partner across HR functions to improve collaboration and productivity.
- Conduct manager meetings, training sessions, and HR consultations.
- Handle employment-related inquiries with sensitivity and compliance.
- Champion diversity & inclusion and support professional development.
- Travel approximately 25%-30% as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in HR within multi-state, multi-unit environments.
- Experience in labor relations in a unionized environment preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- HR certification is a plus.
