Responsibilities
- Provide objective guidance and on-site investigation support as HR subject matter expert.
- Collaborate across HR functions to enhance productivity and trust.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Participate in manager meetings, training sessions, and HR visibility initiatives.
- Handle employment inquiries, conduct analyses, and implement HR solutions.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion including recruiting, retention and professional development.
- Travel requirements of approximately 25%-30%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years HR experience.
- Experience in labor relations within a unionized environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, with excellent communication skills.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR policies.
