Responsibilities

  • Provide objective guidance and on-site investigation support as HR subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate across HR functions to enhance productivity and trust.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Participate in manager meetings, training sessions, and HR visibility initiatives.
  • Handle employment inquiries, conduct analyses, and implement HR solutions.
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion including recruiting, retention and professional development.
  • Travel requirements of approximately 25%-30%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years HR experience.
  • Experience in labor relations within a unionized environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, with excellent communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR policies.
