About the Cook Prep Full Time Role
This position at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services is located at Western Washington University - Bellingham. You will prepare food following established recipes and production schedules while ensuring quality and adherence to health and sanitation regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
- Prepare food items using approved recipes and standard knife skills.

- Operate and clean equipment after each use per department procedures.
- Store, label, and date food items and complete necessary documentation.
- Serve customers efficiently at multiple service stations.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure service excellence.
