Role Overview
Chartis is seeking a talented Recruiter to attract top talent and deliver a high-touch, personalized candidate experience to candidates at the early career levels. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, organized individual who is interested in making an impact in a dynamic, high growth organization. An integral member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Recruiter will play a significant role in leading our growing early-career hiring efforts.
The Recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of early-career hire recruiting, partnering closely with firm leaders to assess current and future talent needs, conduct market research, and oversee the recruiting process from initial contact through offer. This position is essential to attracting premier talent across the healthcare industry and supporting Chartis’ continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting efforts for experienced hires at the early career level across the business
- Proactively source candidates using a variety of strategies, including cold outreach, online databases, social media, networking, employee referrals, and industry events
- Facilitate offer decision processes by balancing input from multiple stakeholders, guiding discussions to surface potential issues, and building alignment
- Serve as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing offers, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth onboarding
- Partner with colleagues to identify and drive initiatives that improve all areas of talent acquisition and the overall talent experience
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across the firm to support organizational goals
Qualifications And Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a professional services firm
- Outstanding written and verbal communicator; able to clearly and passionately articulate the Chartis value proposition and listen exceptionally well
- Flexible and a self-starter; able to manage multiple responsibilities and processes independently while remaining detail-oriented
- Ability to develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues at all levels throughout the firm
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and applicant tracking systems
- The role works remotely, however, must be able to travel occasionally to firm events and meetings
