Charlie Health leads the nation in high-acuity virtual behavioral care, having provided life-saving treatment to over 100,000 clients nationwide. The Therapist Success team builds the critical platform that empowers therapists to deliver consistent, high-quality treatment daily. In this Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Therapist Success role, you will develop tools that provide therapists with timely information, from organizing a client’s full care history to surfacing dynamic summaries and session playbooks. Your work will enable clinicians to prepare, document, and make better real-time decisions, bringing structure to complex clinical data, strengthening quality across our network, and ultimately enhancing the effectiveness of our care. This role is ideal for engineers who want to build tools that allow therapists to focus on care, not administrative tasks.

The total target cash compensation for this role will be between $170,000–$220,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
