About the Learning and Development Associate Role

The Learning and Development Associate supports and executes training and onboarding plans for the national Admissions team. This role ensures effective onboarding and continuous staff development, collaborating closely with leadership to address knowledge gaps and optimize team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead engaging virtual training sessions for new hires.
  • Design and refine asynchronous onboarding materials.
  • Evaluate and improve onboarding programs through data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and manuals.
  • Support cross-functional training and Salesforce training initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Learning & Development, training, or enablement.
  • Experience designing live and asynchronous training content.
  • Strong virtual facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, Google Workspace; LMS experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Benefits & Compensation

This full-time role offers a base compensation between $62,000 and $70,000, with potential bonus up to $77,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
