The Client Data Technologies is the custodian of client information. We help to provide incredible experiences to customers through building innovative and reliable solutions.
As a part of the Segmentation team, you will partner with our Business stakeholders and Development teams to design and develop segmentation solutions for various stakeholders to use for analytics and reporting. You will manage a team that will design, development and implement enterprise data integration solutions with opportunities to grow in responsibility, work on exciting and challenging projects, train on new technologies and lead other Developers to set the future of the Data Warehouse.

- AI-Assisted Workflows: Create clear prompts, task definitions, and acceptance criteria to effectively direct AI agents. Apply spec-driven development practices. Design and develop AI agents, including defining agent goals, tool use, memory, and orchestration logic to automate complex engineering tasks. Review and validate AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and maintainability. Apply judgment to accept, modify, or reject AI suggestions based on context and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an SDET (> 7 years)
- Must have technology domain experience gained of CAT/O2 for at least 2 years
- Hands-on experience with Bit Bucket/Bamboo, Github, Postgres/Yugabyte/DB2 for at least 2 years
- Project management with ability to drive projects to successful completion; ability to anticipate project risks/issues and propose creative solutions; solid experience and understanding of Agile Methods
- Prior experience interfacing with various partners, including vendors, offshore development teams, and internal groups
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate data curiosity and business understanding
- Demonstrated interest in learning about emerging data platforms and Cloud Data technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Data Analytics and/or Gen AI solution for quality assurance
