Overview
The Post Production Support Specialist supports customers post go-live of the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) implementation. This role involves defining new client requirements, configuring and tuning the application to match business and technical needs, training users, testing workflows, and resolving issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate client requirements and issues.
- Educate customers on CRIMS methodologies and functionalities.
- Advise on best practices for implementing Charles River solutions.
- Maintain client issue lists and status reporting.
- Document requirements and suggest product improvements.
- Collaborate with Professional Services and Technical Support teams.
- Support defect resolution by communicating issues clearly.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing or supporting mission-critical financial solutions with hands-on experience in front, middle or back office investment management systems. A degree in a business or technical field is required; advanced degrees or industry certifications like CFA are a plus.
