Department Overview
The Marketing team is composed of 12 professionals who drive internal and external marketing and business development through thought leadership, digital campaigns, event organization, competitive intelligence, and collateral development. Team members work from Boston, New York, Toronto, and London.
Role Overview
The Content Writer Editorial Specialist will create and edit both internal and external messaging, including newsletters, white papers, client reports, external articles, credential documents, and web content.
Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and edit a range of materials for varied audiences.
- Manage content production workflow from planning to publication.
- Ensure adherence to CRA brand guidelines and adapt language between UK and US conventions.
- Collaborate with consultants and design teams to present complex information effectively.
- Edit, proofread, and fact-check thought leadership and marketing materials.
- Coordinate content management including electronic delivery and CRM updates.
- Oversee drafting, production, and publication of podcast content and other digital materials.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support team and firm objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Journalism, English, Communications or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Premiere Pro and podcast experience is a plus.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
