Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to promote Charisma Media’s books, authors, and brand. This hands-on yet strategic role supports the growth of ecommerce sales, author reach, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute full-funnel digital campaigns; manage paid advertising on Meta, Google, Amazon, YouTube, and TikTok; coordinate campaign calendars and collaborate with authors and stakeholders.
  • Email & Content Marketing: Oversee email marketing strategy, produce engaging copy, and ensure brand consistency across digital assets.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and report KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel; conduct A/B tests for improved performance.
  • Author & Influencer Support: Collaborate with authors and ministry partners; provide toolkits and consultation for maximizing campaign impact.
  • Website & Ecommerce Integration: Coordinate updates in Shopify or retail partner pages; monitor SEO performance and ensure a strong user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in digital marketing, preferably within publishing, ecommerce, or ministry-related sectors.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, and Shopify/WordPress.
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills with a focus on Christian audiences.
  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Personal alignment with Charisma Media’s faith-based mission and values.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and online sales funnels.

Language & Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional Information

  • Location: On-site at 1150 Greenwood Blvd, Lake Mary, Florida.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000/year based on experience.
  • Benefits: Includes paid vacation, sick time, eight holidays, company-paid life insurance, comprehensive health/dental plans after 60 days, 401K with matching contributions, and a Christmas bonus.

  • Dress Code: Business casual Mon-Thu; casual on Fridays.
