Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns to promote Charisma Media’s books, authors, and brand. The role combines technical marketing expertise with a passion for ministry and publishing, and supports ecommerce sales growth, author reach, and digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, manage paid advertising across multiple platforms, create campaign calendars, and collaborate with authors and stakeholders.
  • Email & Content Marketing: Oversee email strategy, manage content production, and coordinate digital asset creation for brand consistency.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track KPIs like CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and CAC; use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel; conduct A/B testing.
  • Author & Influencer Support: Collaborate with authors and ministry partners to boost exposure, providing toolkits and consultation.
  • Website & Ecommerce Integration: Update product and landing pages, monitor SEO performance, and ensure strong user experience.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing within publishing, ecommerce, or ministry sectors.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, email marketing platforms, and CMS tools like Shopify/WordPress.
  • Strong copywriting and content planning skills for Christian audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
  • Personal alignment with Charisma Media’s faith-based mission and familiarity with Christian audiences.
  • Prior experience with book or product launches and marketing automation systems.

Additional Information

  • Location: On-site at 1150 Greenwood Blvd, Lake Mary, Florida.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000/year based on experience.
  • Benefits: Paid vacation, sick time, eight holidays, company-paid life insurance, comprehensive health and dental plans, 401K with matching, and a Christmas bonus.
