Position Overview
The Workday Business Analyst at CHANEL is responsible for interpreting business requirements and delivering solutions within the Workday ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of essential HR processes and maintaining system integrity.
About CHANEL's Core People Solutions Team
This role is part of the Core People Solutions team. Although the location is listed as Paris, France, key operations occur from our London headquarters with support from our IT team in India. The Workday Analyst acts as the single source of truth for employee lifecycle management across various regions and time zones.
Your Role @ CHANEL
Reporting to the People Solutions Manager, you will provide Tier-2 support, serve as the main point of contact for Workday inquiries in your region, and work with global and regional teams to ensure consistent Workday configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for regional Workday Support Team.
- Triage, assign, and monitor tickets with global governance.
- Conduct testing and record comprehensive configuration documentation.
- Manage security assignments and service requests.
- Facilitate Workday feature adoption and provide training for regional teams.
- Support release management, testing, and change request documentation.
- Assist in data governance and enforce data quality controls.
What You Bring to the Role
You have extensive knowledge of HCM processes including advanced compensation, a minimum of 4 years of Workday Analyst/Administrator experience, and at least 2 years in Workday HCM and Absence/Time tracking configuration. Excellent communication, decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite and management tools (Trello, Smartsheet, JIRA, ServiceNow) are required. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.
