About the Stage Assistant SAV at CHANEL

Gabrielle Chanel’s vision of creativity and reinvention shapes CHANEL today. This internship offers a role in one of CHANEL's Mode boutiques where heritage meets modern innovation.

Your Missions

You will work closely with the Service Client Manager in the boutique, ensuring excellent customer service for local and international clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Responsable du Service Clients (SAV) daily
  • Welcoming and advising clients during deposit and retrieval of items
  • Transforming complaints into client loyalty through strong relationships
  • Advising on proper maintenance for different articles
  • Managing operational aspects of SAV including repair tracking, computerized record keeping, and communication
  • Assisting with minor repairs in the boutique

Profile & Requirements

The ideal candidate is a student in higher education in commerce and management with prior retail or stock management experience. A passion for fashion, proficiency in English, and strong computer skills are required. Dynamism, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset are key to success.

Opportunities & Recruitment Process

This is a 6-month internship starting in July 2023 in Cannes. You will receive comprehensive onboarding, including training on CHANEL's history and products. Networking opportunities are available through a community of young talents. The recruitment process includes an online application, a phone interview with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring managers.
