About the Role
As an HR Generalist Intern at Chanel, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources Department for Corporate Services (Finance, Employee Services & Real Estate, Indirect Procurement, Finance Europe, Legal, HR, Foundation, and CSR). You will support the team in recruiting and managing contracts for young talent (interns, apprentices, VIEs, summer workers) and contribute to the implementation of various HR projects and processes.
This internship is based in Neuilly-Sur-Seine, starting September 2026.
Your Impact at CHANEL
1. Recruitment and Support of Interns and Apprentices:
- Independently manage the recruitment process for interns, apprentices, and VIEs, from identifying needs to final selection after interviews.
- Closely support your intern/apprentice population and their managers with all their requests and career development within the Maison, by developing and maintaining a close relationship with them.
- Participate in occasional school relations events organized by the Campus Management team.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up and smooth onboarding of your population, managed by the HR Administration Hub.
2. HR Projects:
- Facilitate the intern/apprentice community.
3. Social Relations:
- Participate in and assist in the preparation of the establishment CSEs (Social and Economic Committee) of CHANEL Neuilly SAS and commissions (CSSCT, training commission, housing commission, gender equality commission).

- Proficiency in English is required.
