About the role

About the Role

Within CHANEL's expert functions, you will report to the HR Digital Projects Manager in the HR Hub department. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to our digital transformation objective through various digitalization/robotization projects for the HR Administration and Payroll business processes. You will participate in optimizing our processes to improve the operational efficiency of our department. You will work in close collaboration with the various HR teams of expert functions and stakeholders.

You will contribute to the digital transformation of the HR department by directly working on tools, process automation, and technical optimization of HR flows. In support of the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to leverage technical skills in data, automation, tool integration, and level 2 support.

Your Missions

  • Participate in the configuration, setup, or administration of HR tools (portals, HRIS, reporting, etc.).
  • Design or evolve automated workflows (e.g., via Power Automate or similar tools).
  • Implement scripts or automations to improve the efficiency of HR processes (controls, flow monitoring, etc.).
  • Create or enrich dashboards and KPIs by manipulating HR data (Power BI, Excel Power Query, SQL if needed).
  • Participate in functional and technical testing, analyze test results, and propose corrective solutions.
  • Monitor the run of various automated processes.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of tools.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and editors to monitor evolutions, fixes, or incidents (Level 2).

  • Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and a taste for cross-functional work with business and IT stakeholders.
  • English: Good comprehension and writing skills.
  • Desired work rhythm: 3 weeks full-time / 1 week part-time (4 days).
