Your Impact at CHANEL as a Digital Project Coordination Assistant Intern - Fashion
The Digital department serves business teams and markets by assisting them in the execution of their digital projects. This involves accompanying them in defining their growing needs and maintaining a global vision of current and upcoming initiatives to foster synergies. As an intern, you will optimize the tracking of these points.
Furthermore, amidst numerous exchanges with diverse stakeholders, it is crucial to ensure that the Fashion division's digital strategy is consistently followed within an ecosystem of three divisions and with varying local visions.
In this role, you will report to the Coordination Manager and the Coordination Officer. Your missions will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the annual digital roadmap exercise and its quarterly steering:
- Contribute to preparing the annual roadmap exercise, which ensures the collection of needs from the Fashion division's business teams and regions, and consolidate them into the digital project management tool.
- Animate quarterly priority reviews with all Digital expertises and ensure that our needs are considered by the Corporate team in charge of the chanel.com platform, by updating the tracking tool.
- Ensure information relay to digital project managers and maintain good visibility on the roadmap for partner teams.
- Participate in the quarterly monitoring of the delivery of our main digital platforms.
- Animate Digital governance with Global and regional partner teams:
- Prepare regular meetings with Fashion business teams and regions, leveraging our governance management tool: animating teams for agenda definition, taking notes, drafting reports, following up on next steps, and updating the tracking tool.
- Participate in various meetings organized by other teams to convey messages from the Fashion division and ensure information relay with the rest of the Digital team.
- Update the digital project management tool based on various exchanges.
- Respond to ad hoc needs (facilitating exchanges, defining frameworks, and monitoring specific digital projects…).
What You Will Bring:
- Your background in management, marketing, and/or communication.
- Your rigor, organizational, and anticipation skills, and your ability to adapt to different interlocutors and challenges within a complex and evolving environment.
- Your capacity to understand strategic stakes and your strong sensitivity to Digital, Client, Product, Retail issues, and the Fashion and Luxury sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English and French (written and oral).
