Overview

At CHANEL, we are preparing for the future by delivering a global, harmonised, cloud-based Finance and Operations ERP solution through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The Data Governance Analyst will support a comprehensive data governance framework, including data ownership, quality, retention, and a unified data dictionary, backed by robust processes and documentation.

Role Responsibilities

This role, based in our London office and reporting to the Global D365 Data Lead, entails:

• Promoting adoption of a D365 data governance framework across regions.
• Ensuring consistent data handling and quality for financial and operational processes.
• Supporting the development of new data governance processes and standards.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to drive change management and communicate initiatives effectively.

• Strong data analytics and reporting skills, preferably using Power BI.

• In-depth knowledge of data governance concepts like Data Quality and Master Data Management.
• Intermediate programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
