Client Service Assistant Internship, Fashion Boutique at CHANEL

Your Missions:

Integrated within one of our Fashion boutiques, your main missions will be to:

  • Assist the Customer Service Manager (SAV) daily.
  • Welcome local and international clients to the boutique, offering excellent service for item deposits and collections.
  • Transform a dissatisfied client into a loyal one through your relational skills.
  • Advise clients on the appropriate care for each type of item.
  • Participate in the operational management of after-sales service: track ongoing repairs (computerized recording of current repairs, follow-up on dispatch to our workshops, item inspection upon return, drafting correspondence, phone contacts, etc.).
  • Assist in carrying out small repairs in the Boutique.

Profile sought:

As a student in higher education studying commerce and management, you have initial experience in Retail (sales, stock management, etc.) or management.

Interested in fashion, you wish to evolve in the Retail universe. You are proficient in English and computer tools.

Your dynamism and rigor, combined with your sense of service, will be essential assets to successfully carry out your missions.
