About the Role
In a demanding and ever-evolving environment, the Beauty Advisor creates a unique and memorable experience for each client, at all times. They become a true ambassador of the Brand's Beauty and Image, contributing to making CHANEL the ultimate reference in luxury. Combining a strong sense of client service, a pronounced team spirit, and a commitment to performance, the Advisor develops a personalized approach with each client.
You will ensure sales development while maintaining the brand's image. Your main responsibilities include:
- Guaranteeing excellence in client experience in line with the House's values.
- Optimizing the boutique's sales revenue.
- Ensuring the correct use of client development tools (CRM, etc.).
- Ensuring compliance with merchandising policy.
Candidate Profile
With a background in aesthetics, makeup, or sales, and/or coming from an environment where customer service is a fundamental value (luxury hospitality/tourism, etc.), you have previous sales experience, a good knowledge of product ranges, sales techniques, and fluency in English and computer tools. You demonstrate adaptability, autonomy, and have a dynamic commercial temperament.
Possessing strong interpersonal skills, you are curious, energetic, and enjoy teamwork. With real storytelling skills, you can establish an emotional connection and build a lasting relationship with your clients. You are proactive and propose solutions in your work.

Recruitment Process
