About the Fashion Division

The Fashion division is the Brand's original activity. Two Haute Couture collections, six seasonal Ready-to-Wear and accessories collections, and two capsule collections inspired by sportswear and lifestyle – Coco Beach and Coco Neige – offer a style that captures the zeitgeist and fits into women's daily lives. A silhouette in motion and accessories are an essential part of CHANEL's allure and the Brand's timeless, immediately recognizable codes.

Your Impact at Chanel

As part of the Collections team, reporting to the Head of the Pole, you will contribute to the creative process by:

• Participating in iconographic and inspiration research.
• Assisting in preparing meetings and fittings, including board preparation, mock-up setup, prototype follow-up, note-taking, and collection recap updates.
• Collaborating with the development team to track progress.
• Creating technical sketches using Illustrator and Photoshop, and coloring designs on Illustrator.
• Working on finishes, 3D volume research, and mock-ups.
• Contributing to the organization, tidiness, and administrative tasks of the studio.
• Developing graphic proposals for prints on Photoshop.
• Ensuring the creation and follow-up of technical sheets, guaranteeing their conformity and regular updates. These sheets will primarily be created using software, though hand sketches and mock-ups may be requested.
• Managing communication with the team to update necessary documents for project progression.
• Autonomously managing your workload and meeting deadlines efficiently, while adapting to unforeseen challenges and problems.

What You'll Bring

• Education from a fashion design school.
• Rigor, organizational skills, anticipation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in creative software (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Ability to create precise technical drawings and hand sketches.
• Fluent French speaking and writing skills. English and Italian are highly appreciated.
