Within the Product Strategy, Marketing & Communication Department of the Parfums Beauté division, specifically in the Media department, you will assist the International Media Performance Manager.

Your Impact at CHANEL

  • You contribute to the deployment of the Performance Media roadmap for all key markets operated by CHANEL, ensuring the optimization of the main channels that contribute to performance (SEA, paid social, e-retail media).
  • You help develop and define effective approaches to optimize traffic and conversion campaigns.
  • You collaborate on performance-related topics with the Media and Communication teams: digital, e-commerce, CRM, Marketing Intelligence, Social Media, media trafficking, and SEO.
  • You work to promote the adoption and use of Media tools and competitive analysis to improve the effectiveness and performance of CHANEL's Parfums Beauté campaigns.
  • You ensure the organization of Media performance QBRs and other cross-functional meetings.
  • You participate in the development of media guidelines for each campaign, ensuring the systematic inclusion of paid social media & paid search.
  • You ensure the adherence of regions and markets to the Performance Media guidelines, coordinating and supporting local contacts daily.

What You Bring

  • You hold a Master's degree and have a strong aptitude for numbers, as well as an interest in communication and media.
  • You have a first experience in a media agency or within a luxury house, preferably in an international professional environment.
  • You have good knowledge in the digital field, a strong culture of new technologies and search engines.
  • You are rigorous and dynamic, you know how to be organized, you have analytical skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You demonstrate humility and curiosity.
  • You speak English fluently.
