About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated apprentice to join our Media team focused on export markets and travel retail. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in media within an international setting. The apprentice will support the Media Manager in planning, executing, and analyzing media campaigns across various export markets and travel retail environments.
This Apprenticeship runs from September 2026 to September 2027, and is located in Paris, France (8th arrondissement).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns for export markets and travel retail.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on media trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities in export markets and travel retail.
- Gather insights to support the development of media strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining campaign calendars, and managing project documentation.
- Assist in budget tracking and invoicing.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness and provide insights for optimization.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
Experience:
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, media, or communications is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a multicultural or international environment is an advantage.
