Your Role
Within the International Media Department of CHANEL Parfums Beauté, you will join the trafficking hub of the team. As a Media Project Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating asset orders for online activations (Display, Online Video, Connected TV) for all Perfume, Makeup, Skincare, and 3-Axes campaigns across approximately 45 markets.
Your Impact at CHANEL
1/ Media Display / OLV & CTV
Preparation of Display / OLV Campaigns:
- Collaborate with the Artistic Direction and Media Strategy team on the design of creative guidelines for Display & Online Video.
- Create purchase orders for the markets.
- Make these documents available on our various sharing platforms for the markets.
- Initiate the translation of Display texts with the Editorial teams via their platform.
- Implement asset naming conventions on a dedicated platform for tracking digital campaigns.
- Brief an external agency and coordinate the implementation of our videos on YouTube.
- Support Project Managers on more strategic topics (Workshops).
During the campaign: Management of Display / OLV & CTV orders:
- For each market order: verify the consistency and proper implementation of the overall media strategy established for the campaign.
- Ensure the coordination and smooth execution of all order stages: reception and verification of requests, back-and-forth with markets, accurate transcription of needs, briefing our external production agency, challenging and respecting deadlines, delivery of elements to local agencies.
- Verify market previews before go-live in collaboration with local artistic directions.
2/ Press Media: Order Management
- Process European press orders via a common platform with markets and the Artistic Direction - Europe.
- For each market order, verify the consistency and proper implementation of the overall media strategy established for the campaign.
- Track order status.
- Coordinate requests for special formats with the responsible individuals.
3/ Throughout the Year:
- Conduct regular monitoring to identify best practices, media, techniques, partners, and emerging trends in the media field.
- Facilitate weekly Media team meetings.
What You Bring
- Bac+4/5 degree in Business School, Marketing, Communication, or Digital.
- Ideally, previous experience in communication and a strong interest in media. A sensitivity to the luxury sector is a complementary asset for the success of this mission.
- Dynamic, proactive, and responsive, you are also methodical, organized, and autonomous, with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously. You are recognized for your diplomacy and facilitation skills.
- Fluent English is essential for this role.
