Champion Windows & Home Exteriors is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Marketers. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Champion's product lines and engaging potential clients. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling appointments through canvassing and representing the company at various events like home shows, festivals, and other assigned locations. You may also have the opportunity to demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to prospects. We are looking for positive, energetic individuals who are comfortable interacting directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Approach and engage potential prospects while canvassing, at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
• Perform door-to-door residential appointment setting.
• Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
• Maintain a consistent positive attitude in the workplace.
• Stay up-to-date with current product knowledge and promotions.
• Demonstrate consistent reliability and availability.
• Display professional time management skills.
• Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with booth setup and breakdown at events.
• Contribute to internal social media platforms and company culture efforts.
• Utilize data entry on multiple forms of mobile technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Self-motivated and competitive spirit.
• Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to stand for up to 8-10 hours.
• Ability to walk for 4-8 hours.
• Willingness to travel 10%.

Compensation

This position offers an hourly base pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.00, plus commission. High-performing individuals have the potential to earn between $15-$19 per hour, coupled with a weekly commission ranging between $750 - $1500/week and above. Pay is determined by various factors, including experience, market location, education, and certifications.
