Job Overview

In this role within the Experience Design group, you will work across CG’s smart access ecosystem and directly on the myQ platform that engages millions daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and researchers.
- Drive UX/UI design activities across mobile, web, and automotive platforms.
- Develop customer insights through research and iterative prototyping.
- Support user-story development and design documentation.
- Guide junior designers and ensure design project success.
Qualifications
Minimum four years of experience with a Bachelor’s preferred; or six years without a degree. A Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is strongly preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful product launches is required.
Technical & Tool Proficiency
Must be proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Overflow, Zeplin, Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Jira, Confluence, Teams, and Slack. Ability to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally is also necessary.
