Who We Want

This role is for a B Shift Quality Inspector. The candidate will monitor and measure products on the manufacturing floor, document quality checks in Plex (ERP), and perform general utility work as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily and weekly production requirements at the plant.
  • Inspect and gage raw or welded parts following operator checklists.
  • Verify first piece inspection and adherence to quality standards.
  • Support quality processes during internal and external quality failures.
  • Ensure proper packaging of parts per customer requirements.
  • Perform daily Layered Process Audits (LPA) and monitor quality alerts.
  • Maintain work area safety and cleanliness with housekeeping duties.
  • Cross train on various work centers as required and complete documentation.

When and Where

This is a B Shift position from 4:00PM to 2:30AM, Monday to Friday (with some weekends required). The role is located at our plant in Northlake, Texas.

What You Need to Have

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • At least 6 months of quality experience; one year manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Experience using quality inspection tools and reading job element sheets.
  • PC skills including keyboard and mouse proficiency.
  • Fluency in English for effective communication.
