Chainlink Labs is the industry-standard oracle platform in decentralized finance (DeFi) and institutional tokenized assets. The Senior Talent Development Specialist role is designed to create, design, and evolve end-to-end talent development and manager enablement frameworks in a fast-paced Web3 environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Design and evolve talent and manager development journeys
- Build scalable frameworks and skills-based architectures
- Collaborate with People, Business, and Functional leaders
- Develop data-driven approaches to measure talent readiness
- Facilitate career growth and improve manager effectiveness
Your Impact
As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will act as a subject matter expert in career development, influencing high-level decisions across functions. This role requires independent judgment and a systems level approach to create cohesive talent journeys that drive retention and business performance.
Requirements
- Expertise in talent development, manager enablement, or organizational effectiveness
- Proficiency in AI tools including lightweight app scripting and automations
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth, and non-traditional environments
- Strong conceptual thinking and data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent advanced experience) with a background in talent systems design, career architecture, or skills frameworks.
Work Environment
