About the Role

As an Engineering Manager Payments at Chainlink Labs, you will lead and grow a team of up to eight engineers to build the on-chain billing and payments protocol. You will collaborate with engineering, product, operations, finance, and more to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that drive Chainlink’s expansion across multiple chains and products.

Your Impact

Requirements

  • 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in leadership.

  • Proven track record delivering impactful products.
  • Experience aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adeptness at managing changing product requirements.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proficiency in solidity, typescript, golang, SQL.
  • Experience developing smart contracts for on-chain value.
  • Building reliable products for a global audience.
  • Active participation in the blockchain ecosystem.

Work Arrangement

This is a global, remote-based role, with some overlap required with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
