Job Overview
The Director of People Technology & Data will lead the vision, strategy, implementation, and management of Chainlink Labs' People technology ecosystem and data analytics capabilities. This role is central to transforming the employee experience, driving HR operational excellence, and using people data to influence business decisions.
Your Impact
- Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for People Technology and Data.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of core People systems.
- Develop a mature People Data analytics function with dashboards and predictive models.
- Partner with business leaders to address workforce challenges through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive HR Technology experience, with 3–5 years in senior leadership.
- Extensive experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, Ashby) and full lifecycle projects.
- Proven track record in building and managing People Data strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, vendors, and budgets.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Working Conditions
This is a global, remote-based role. Candidates should try to overlap working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
