Director of People Technology & Data at Chainlink Labs
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform, bringing capital markets on-chain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards for advanced blockchain use cases across institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, and stablecoins. Since its inception, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi. Leading financial institutions like Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, and UBS have adopted Chainlink’s standards.
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of People Technology & Data to lead the vision, strategy, implementation, and management of our People technology ecosystem and data analytics capabilities. This critical role will transform the employee experience, drive HR operational excellence, and leverage people data to inform business strategy and decisions.
Your Impact
- Define and execute the multi-year roadmap for People Technology and Data, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and features to enhance the employee lifecycle, improve HR service delivery, and drive organizational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of all core People systems (e.g., HCM, ATS, LMS, Compensation, Performance Management).
- Develop and mature the People Data analytics function, creating standardized dashboards, reports, and predictive models that provide insights into workforce trends, talent acquisition effectiveness, retention, and performance.
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical workforce challenges that can be addressed through data-driven analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in HR Technology with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive experience managing HR technology systems (e.g., Workday, Ashby) is essential, including full lifecycle implementation and post-go-live optimization.
- Proven track record of building and managing a comprehensive People Data strategy, including reporting, analytics, and data governance.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical talent.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business terms for executive audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, vendors, and budgets effectively.
- Bachelors degree in relevant subject area.
