About the Role

As the Blockchain and Product Partnerships Manager, you will be a key member of the Go To Market (GTM) team, focusing on closing high-value commercial agreements with blockchain partners. You will lead integration conversations, negotiate deal terms, and bridge communication among GTM, finance, legal, and engineering teams. Additionally, you will develop an ISV approach to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and revenue opportunities.

Your Impact

  • Negotiate and close high-value multi-year agreements with blockchain partners.
  • Develop ISV approach and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage multiple partner engagements to build a strong integration pipeline.
  • Collaborate with blockchain partner managers to assess global opportunities.
  • Align internal teams (GTM, finance, legal, engineering) to execute deals.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of sales experience, a deep passion for Web3, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven track record in negotiating high-value deals with senior Web3 stakeholders is necessary.

Preferred Requirements

Experience with Blockchain Foundations, previous experience at a Systems Integrator, and a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals are highly desirable. A strong technical understanding of blockchain concepts is essential.
