About The Role
Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the strategy, development, and execution of marketing initiatives specifically targeting the global Banking and Capital Markets (BCM) industry. You will define high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for blockchain solutions addressing tokenized assets, DeFi integration, digital payments, and regulatory reporting. Working with cross-functional teams including product, sales, communications, and ecosystem partners, you will craft compelling narratives and drive engagement with decision-makers in BCM organizations.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies for banking and capital markets.
- Create differentiated positioning and messaging for BCM buyer personas.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence to inform GTM recommendations.
- Drive integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Lead customer and partner co-marketing, executive events, and advisory initiatives.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in B2B or enterprise product/solution marketing focused on financial services, deep domain expertise in BCM, and a proven track record of transforming technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, blockchain solutions, PR or analyst relations, event management, and tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo. Experience working with globally distributed teams is a plus.
Work Arrangement & Application Process
