Chainguard is looking for a marketing operation AI superstar who can build the analytics infrastructure, AI agents, and the tech stack that power our marketing team and help teammates actually use AI well. You're comfortable working independently, have 3–5 years under your belt, and are ready to go from day one.
What You'll Do
Analytics & Data
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and pipelines, covering pipeline pacing, attribution, and segment and channel level performance across MQL, SAL, SQL, and pipeline $
- Partner with Sales Ops on goal tracking, lead flow, and segmentation
- Define attribution frameworks and data models that make marketing performance clear and defensible
AI Build & Automate
- Identify high-friction, repetitive processes across the marketing team and design agentic solutions that reduce manual effort and speed up execution
- Partner with marketers to understand their workflows, then build tools and automations they'll actually use
- Create and document reusable agent templates and playbooks so the team can spin up new automations independently over time
Tech Stack & Enablement
- Assist with core marketing tools Hubspot, CRM integrations, intent tools, and lead routing
- Run AI enablement for the marketing team: workshops, playbooks, and hands-on coaching
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in Marketing Operations or a GTM engineer role at a B2B SaaS company
- Solid SQL skills and experience with a data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar)
- Experience building automations and integrations (APIs, webhooks, workflow tools)
- Experience with Salesforce, LeanData and Hubspot is a must and HockeyStack, Seam, Unify, and Qualified is a nice to have
- Already using AI tools in your workflow and have a point of view on what works
- Organized, self-directed, and builds with documentation and scale in mind
