Overview

The Regional Sales Manager - Foodservice North Texas at C.H. Guenther & Son is responsible for building profitable sales in the assigned region by establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships through a consultative selling approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, sales representatives, and key customers.
  • Manage trade fund negotiations and local distributor programs.
  • Conduct cold calls, customer visits and represent the company at food and trade shows.
  • Prepare sales reports, budget management, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with inter-department teams, including Marketing, Quality Assurance, and R&D.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, a minimum of 5 years of foodservice sales experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are required. A culinary background is a plus.

Additional Details

This role is remote with a requirement to reside in North Texas within commuting distance of a major airport. Travel up to 30% and occasional plant visits with PPE requirements are expected.
