Position Summary
The Technical Product Owner Advisor is responsible for owning all aspects of technical products and managing product health. This role combines both business and technical insights by communicating product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring business value through iterative delivery. You will also act as a Scrum Master.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with disparate stakeholder groups to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Own and contribute to the technical product roadmap and backlogs.
- Write definition-of-ready user stories and incorporate architectural changes.
- Monitor technical product health via KPIs, defect trends, and compliance metrics.
- Coordinate delivery of iterative value in concert with other Technical Product Owners.
Required Qualifications
11-13 years of work experience with significant exposure to Agile frameworks and Scrum Master responsibilities are required. Prior experience in developing API and data solutions is preferred. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience with big data landscapes and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly valued.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Experience in Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of Healthcare standards (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with API, ETL, SQL, Python, and cloud tools.
