Specialist / Assistant Manager – TA Operations & Analytics

Location: Bangalore Preferred/Hybrid

Experience: 6–10 Years

Reports to: TA Director

Job Purpose

To lead the design, implementation, and management of the Talent Acquisition Information System. You will transform raw hiring data into strategic insights that reduce Time-to-Fill, optimize Cost-per-Hire, and predict future talent supply gaps using AI-integrated reporting tools. The role is shifting from descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive data entry to Predictive Analytics and Workflow Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Reporting & Dashboarding Real-time Visibility: Design and maintain automated executive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, to track key metrics: Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Ratios, and Funnel Conversion Rates etc.
  • Predictive Analytics: Utilize historical data to forecast hiring trends and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact business timelines.
  • Data Governance & ATS Management Data Hygiene: Act as the "Sovereign of Data Quality," ensuring that recruiters and hiring managers maintain 100% data integrity within the ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, or iCIMS).
  • System Optimization: Conduct quarterly audits of the recruitment tech stack to identify underutilized features or data leakage points.
  • Advanced Productivity Insights Recruiter Scorecards: Develop and manage individual performance scorecards for the recruitment team, measuring quality-of-hire and stakeholder satisfaction (NPS).
  • Vendor Analytics: Analyze the ROI of external recruitment agencies and job boards to optimize the annual sourcing budget.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 6–10 years in HR/TA Analytics or MIS, preferably in HR/TA domain.
  • Technical Stack: Visualization: Expert level in Power BI. Data Processing: Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros) and basic SQL for data extraction. AI Tools: Experience with AI-sourcing analytics platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to tell a "story" with data—translating complex numbers into actionable business recommendations for the C-suite.
