As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will work on strategic, procedural, and technological challenges for leading companies in the energy sector. You will support our clients in utilizing Salesforce as a central platform for customer management, service, sales, portal solutions, and automation, developing stable, scalable end-to-end processes.

Aufgaben

• Design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Field Service, Agentforce)
• Consultation with stakeholders and Product Owners on optimal use of standard functions and best practices
• Creation of Solution Designs, technical concepts, and end-to-end process architectures
• Customizing and technical implementation (Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components, CI/CD)
• Collaboration with international development teams, including technical guidance
• Conducting workshops, trainings, and technical reviews
• Analysis of integration requirements and implementation via APIs and common integration patterns (including MuleSoft optional)
• Support for pre-sales activities, proposals, and customer presentations
• Identification of optimization and expansion potentials in the customer environment

Qualifikation

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience on the Salesforce platform, ideally in the energy sector.

You also bring:

• Profound knowledge in several Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Data) and experience in designing optimized end-to-end business processes
• Experience in Salesforce architecture & governance (Org strategy, Security & Sharing Models, Roles, Permission Sets, Deployment processes)
• Technical experience in customizing & development (Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Data Loader, Test automation, CI/CD with Git, Copado or Flosum)
• Proficient use of API usage, integration patterns, and ideally MuleSoft
• Experience with energy industry use cases such as market communication, customer service processes, field service scenarios, or the integration of billing systems
• Proficient use of Reporting & Analytics, including dashboards, KPIs, and forecasts; experience with Tableau is a plus
• Experience in Solution Design, requirements analysis, and in workshops/trainings
• Experience in agile projects (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira and Confluence
• Very good German and English language skills

Nice-to-have: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Consultant or Architect), MuleSoft certifications, experience in technical leadership.
