Your future duties and responsibilities
Job Title: Salesforce Designer
Position: Lead Analyst
Experience: 8- 11 Years
Category: Software Development/ Engineering
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Primary location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Serve as a Subject matter expert on Salesforce best practices, tools, and capabilities.
- Review the design and lead the development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring the platform meets business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
- Conduct regular system health checks and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
- Implement processes for testing, deployment, and change management in Salesforce environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for Salesforce architecture, customizations, and processes.
- Stay updated on Salesforce product releases and new features, leveraging them to improve the system.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience with Salesforce, including experience in a lead or expert-level role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related Salesforce products.
- Hands-on expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Vlocity etc.).
- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party applications.
- Extensive knowledge on Copado and its configuration, CI/CD pipelines and builds
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce data management, security, and customization.
- Proficiency in the Salesforce platform's declarative features such as workflows, process builder, flow, and approval processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or any other relevant certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like ADO, Jira, Confluence, etc.
