Position Overview: Junior ServiceNow Developer

We are looking for a dedicated professional to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This position demands hands-on development, robust problem-solving abilities, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that align with business requirements.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD, applying ServiceNow's best practices.
  • Create and manage scripts, workflows, Business Rules, and UI policies within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and ensure proper configuration of imported data.
  • Perform system upgrades, comprehensive testing, and troubleshooting to maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

  • 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Proven knowledge and experience in implementing new ServiceNow modules.
  • ServiceNow certification in ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD modules is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform's core functionalities and capabilities.
  • Experience in building and maintaining integrations with other systems.
  • Critical thinking skills for requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
